One thing I miss about apartment living is how fast things get fixed when you need them to. I remember one time when the edge seals came off from our patio door, the maintenance crew fixed it within the day I called them. Even on weekends, they have a number you can call for emergency repairs. That's how fast and efficient they are. Unlike in our new townhome, we have to wait 2 to 5 business days for our request to be granted. The reason behind is because they don't have an in-house maintenance crew to dispatch. They are just commissioning an independent company to do all the repairs which is why service is always delayed.
