On a Diet?


Then this is what you'll need in your table when it's time to eat. Don't serve anything else but this and you will lose 5 pounds in no time! Say goodbye to those ephedra diet pills and embrace this new kind of diet.

Here's an easy-to-follow steps written by Julie Anderson if you want to do the Fruit Diet:

Things You'll Need:

* Fruit: bananas, apples, pears, oranges, kiwis, mangos
* Nuts: pistachios, peanuts, walnuts, cashews
* Water

Step 1: Purchase a variety of fruits & assortment of nuts (of your choosing). Make sure you have enough fruit to eat for several days so you don't need to do emergency food trips to the store. Be prepared to eat ONLY fruit for a period of two weeks (this is the minimum amount of time for this to be effective).

Step 2: When you wake up in the morning and are hungry for breakfast - you should choose a piece of fruit and eat as many pieces of that fruit you would like to eat to make yourself feel full. You'd be surprised, but you can get full off of fruit.

Step 3: Due to digestive processes, it is best to wait 90 minutes before eating a different kind of fruit. When you decide to eat the other fruit, you may eat as many pieces of it as you like, to make yourself full and satisfied.

Step 4: Drink water throughout the day and in the evening you may also eat some nuts. Do not go overboard with the nuts or you will not achieve the desired cleansing affect and weight loss.
