Home Renovation

Our friends are done filing the necessary documents to have their home refinanced and they are just waiting for the bank's decision. They are planning to use part of the money they will get once their application is approved in renovating their home. The last time we talked, they want to turn the study room into a guest room and they also plan to add another bathroom with copper sinks and accessories. Well, I'm hoping all these plans will put into action so they can enjoy their new house even more.
