I admire all those moms who after giving birth went back to their pre-pregnancy weight without the help of any weight loss pills. How I wish I can do the same but it's really hard. I have tried skipping dinner but I always end up sneaking in our kitchen to get some food in the middle night. And I got caught by the husband doing this not just once but twice already. Tsk! My diet plan is not working. I guess it's time to switch to a more effective way to lose weight. Any suggestions?
